replace 4 gig 1600 mhz with 8 gig 1333 mhz

Hi,

I have a mid 2012 macbook pro and bought 8 ram 1333 mhz but now i see i have 4 gig 1600 mhz in my pc. Would it improve performance because its double the ram or should i really get 1600 mhz ... ?

Hello!
Speed in RAM is not very important, better is to have 8GB. If you have only 4GB and a program needs something more, the System will use HDD as virtual memory, and it will unerperform your PC.

most people don't notice it. tbh it isn't a big difference, for a laptop you'll most likely be fine with 1333
