Lifetime Warranty on Graphics cards

I seen in the deals section where a guy is selling his EVgA GTX580 and claims it has a lifetime warranty on it. I've never heard of this, if its true what are some newer cards that come with a lifetime warranty?

Ummm to my knowledge EVgA does NOT do lifetime warranty. There was only one brand i can recall that ever claimed a lifetime warranty, and it sure wasnt Evga

BFG use to have them but they are out of business now.. I guess in part because of that.
They had descent card but was probably victim of NVIDIA and AMD faulty chips.

I looked up on google and indeed some card has lifetime warranty upon registration.

I am looking at upgrading my GPU when taxes come back, im kind of want a card that has a lifetime warranty but 580 isn't much of an upgrade from my 560 was thinking in the 7xx series but they probably don't do that life time warranty anymore.

Typically a 3 year warranty can be had for an additional price, but 1 year is standard.

My ASUS GTX 560 has 3 year warranty currently RMA'ing it before a year has been up for corrosion on my card.
