when im browsing the internet i sometimes have the screen break apart for half a second. half way down the screen, there will be a black horizontal line half a centimetre tall, and below that the webpage will be pushed down. not too sure what's going on - could that be a graphics card issue? i've never seen it in a game or outside of chrome for that matter, but i spend a lot of time just surfing.
even if someone knows what sort of glitch this is called, i can better google it myself. thanks for any help.
