How do I do a factory re set my Lenovo laptop

My Lenovo laptop won't work I need to do a factory reset as currys are charging me £50 and last time they only pressed a button 10 mins later it was done , can anyone help please

Most pre-built PC's and Laptops have a recovery partition on the hard drive.
Boot to that partition, and it will give you the option of setting the hard drive back to the way it was when it was purchased.

When you power on the laptop, enter the BIOS. The exact key to press depends on your BIOS but it may be the Del key, or the F2 key for example.
You need to specify what "Boot Device" to use. There will be a list. Look for the word 'Recovery'. Choose it.
