I'm wondering about operating systems, i'm looking at Windows 7, However, i've noticed it can be quite pricey. and i'm wondering whether there is a cheapest, HOWEVER best version to get. and where from?
Also, i'm confused about the difference between, OEM and FULL?
What is necessary?
