Hi. Im looking to build my first pc (just for gaming) for around $600-$750. I want this computer just to run games like BF4, CODGhosts, Bioshock Infinite, Metro Last light, etc at high settings and be able to play future games. I do not want to use an AMD cpu or gpu because my dad has had many problems with the brand and I feel Intel and Nvidia are much better. So what are my options?

P.s If possible i do want to overclock my cpu

Do you need OS, monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc? Or just the tower and no OS? This answer will greatly change the builds you can do lol

Try doubling that budget. Intel, Nvidia, and Budget don't really belong in the same sentence.

With that being said, it still can be done, although you might be cutting corners on a few components.

And i5-4430/4670 with a H87 board and a GTX 760 would probably get you to high settings, but you would still have the rest of the components to get as well.

Keeping the budget under $750, theres a build as good as it gets. No overclock potential but the i5 will do the job more than fine and will keep up with potential future upgrades like a GPU upgrade.
