Gigabyte SKT-1155 Z77-DS3H Motherboard vs ASRock Z77 Pro3 Motherboard?

All else being equal, I'd go for a Gigabyte board. But for a few bucks more, look at the ASRock Z77 Extreme3 which gets you more PCIe ports for future use.
