Im lookin to this power supply will this power my system
I have
2 x 4gb of 1333 ram
990fxa-ud3 motherboard
Amd 4100 cpu with stock cooler
Haf 932 case with 4 original fans
4 hard drives
2 gigabyte radeon hd 7850 oc windforce edition in crossfire
2 dvd burners

yes it'll leave plenty of room for upgrades, newer CPUs don't take much more power to run so it won't have much effect on your power usage.

and there are some sites that calculate how much power you'll be spending, but I don't have one at the top of my head. Just a rule of thumb, single GPU systems draw about 300-400W at most from the wall, so a good 500-550W bronze will be enough, dual GPU systems can draw about 500-600W at most from the wall, so a good 750W bronze will be enough, overclocking will draw a bit more power so just bump it up one small step to be safe.
