Power supply good enough?

All,
I have recently been getting blue screens on my newly built desktop. My system says it is possibly a software issue, however I am a bit skeptical. For example, when I am playing graphic intensive games (Such as Metro Last Light or Bioshock Infinite) my computer prompts me to go into a basic mode as my performance is lower than usual. If I don't, my computer will eventually bluescreen. So is this because my PSU isn't powerful enough or is there some software issue? I have not updated my bios farther than what it came with on the CD (it's a bit complicated and I always thought I was on the right version), and all drivers are updated as well as windows.

Specs:
I7 4770k
EVGA GTX 770 SC
ASUS MAXIMUS VI MOBO
16 GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE RAM
X2 SAMSUNG PRO 128GB SSD
X1 SEAGATE MOMENTUS XT HHDD
WINDOWS 7 64bit

PSU:
Corsair TX650M

Thanks all

Solution
Go to the BIOS and check your version, then to the mobo website and page for your mobo - check and make sure you have the latest version - if not update to latest - instructions are there on the site, then check the drivers on the website download and update to the latest versions

Then your PSU should be more than capable of powering your system. Have you verified that your memory is compatible with your motherboard by either viewing the motherboard's QVL for compatible memory or by using the RAM configurator program/app on the corsair website? Are the RAM BIOS settings correct? Have you checked your temps when problems occur?

Thank you for all the helpful replies! I have Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz ram, model number CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10. I checked the manual and it should be compatible. The blue screen also said I should turn off RAM caching and shadowing, however I cannot find it in my bios (ROG has a weird setup and I cannot find those options for the life of me). Also I tried downloading new mobo drivers but I can never seem to get them to install since it's really difficult.
