Is this a good gaming/videoediting/overclocking build?

Uses: Graphic-intensive games, aftereffects/premiere, potential future overclocking.

I hate to make really general threads, but meh here it is.
My main questions are:
1. Do I need to change any parts? (Save money/avoid low quality/compatibility)
2. Will overclocking be safe? If so, how much?
3. Will the case be able to adequately hold everything?

Solution
Wow very nice build. Everything looks solid for your purpose.
Yes, you will be able to overclock safely with the Noctua fan. You can overclock much as you would be doing with a liquid cooling because Noctua NH-D14 is a very solid air cooler on equal par with high end liquid cooler such as h100.
Also, you should consider MSI Z87-G65 Gaming. G65 has more phase power than the G45 so you will be able to OC better.
Yes, your full tower case will be able to hold. ( I personally like the NZXT Phantom model better )
Only thing I would change is the PSU. Get something stronger, atleast 850w. Since you're going to OC and you have high end components.

Yeah i agree with what heyyscott is saying. I think you could probably easily overclock over 4 ghz. I would also get the nzxt phantom like heyyscott sugested. Frikin lucky you are going to get the new msi triple fan 780. The other thing is I would get a 80+gold or platinum power suppply that is semi or fully modular
