my computer wont see my new hhd

I just bought a new wd blue 1 tb,internal hhd for extra storage. but under my computer...it don't see it. but under boot up screen it shows it there. i don't have a clue whats going on...

cdude55, im running windows 7, when i right click,it doesn't say format,its..convert to dynamic or mbr disk
