It was fine yesterday until my sister tried to save an email and couldn't; next thing, it froze. She couldn't open the email she was trying to save. At work, I can still access it, but cannot at home. I can send an email, but cannot open a folder, email, delete an email...the little circle just goes round and round and nothing. Why?
