Online game lagging

when i play on my games i start lagging so mutch, on dayz standalone my lantency goes to 500 and more is it my internet? i cant even play

gpu: nvidia geforce gtx 550 ti
8 gb ram
windows 7
now on the speed test i used begin test for the best network i get ping :34 download speed :0.97 upload speed : 0.22
but sometimes its verry good but i still lag and i got 836 gb free of 931 gb

i play bf4 but theres good servers for me but when it goes to dayz standalone its all high latency i cant even play it and when i watch streams on twitch.tv i put the quality on low it still bufferes

yeah its your internet the other parts should be running fine, the only thing i could help with is filter the severs by ping and see if that helps you should get local severs. if not then try and upgrade your internet package

ive called him not to long ago probably 3 days ago and he said it is good connection and he said theres probably alot of trafic and ive been lagging since. it started 1 week ago

well with my isp they rarely help over the phone, when a technician comes they check for down time in the area and normally upgrade your speed if needed the people on the phones are just sale's guys

I've had many situations like you. On the phone, tech support tells you that your internet connection seems perfect even though on your end it's complete crap. Eventually tech support sent over a technician and they messed around with the modem/router,main internet cable,etc and they eventually fixed it. ( Don't really know what they did ) That's my experience. If you want, try to upgrade your internet package and if that still doesn't fix it then you should ask for a technician.
