This is driving me crazy. Can someone pleaseeee tell me what the difference is (if any) between the following two cards:

1) NVIDIA Quadro K4000 3GB GDDR5 Graphics card (PNY Part #: VCQK4000-PB) ($765)

2) HP Quadro K4000 Graphic Card - 3 GB GDDR5 SDRAM - PCI Express ($700)

Thank you!

Probably nothing...just a rebranded reference card.. HP makes graphic workstations..I suspect this for those who only want hp in their workstation...

Keep in mind quadro cards are only reference design because of the nature they are used in...In other words 3rd parties are not allowed to alter the design...even the fan is the same.

I would.... BUT contact HP to make sure they have not done anything crazy (even though my understanding is their not allowed by Nvidia) to the card... like change the power connector, etc.
