Once I start up my computer, I get a yellow screen which proceeds to become my normal desktop, but all of a sudden its been going extremely slow which is very uncharacteristic of my computer.

Everything kind of comes back to normal speed wise after that comes up. Any thing I should do? The repair does not work correctly either.
