So, I recently bought a new Intel DZ77GA-70K motherboard. However, once I had removed my old motherboard and was ready to install the new one, I noticed that, where my old Mobo had a 2x2 power cable connection (like the one above) in the upper left, the new motherboard had a 2x4 cable connector. I'm wondering whether I could just plug in the old 2x2 power supply cable, or if I should invest in an adaptor or possibly a more powerful power supply.
