Why wont minecraft work properly?

i7-4770k
XFX r9 270x
WD 1tb
CX600M psu
this play all other games fantastic except for minecraft, when i play minecraft it drops to 30 with really bad shuttering issues and i do have 64-bit java with a 64-bit system... i dont understand this issue

That is typical for minecraft to run better when in fullscreen. Does it for me too.

I would reinstall 64-bit java.

Also, how much memory is dedicated to minecraft?

nope ive ran normal and direwolf 2.0 and still have the same issue.. doesnt make sense cuz i ran both those in like a i5 with intergrated graphics on a older pc
