It should work great, you only have to worry about a PCI-E 2.1 slot running a PCI-E 1.0a/1.1 card due to the extra power supplied. Would a corsair 430watt psu be enought to power that card?

That graphics card gets powered by the PCI-E slot on the motherboard and doesn't require any extra power cables for operation so it could though it does depend on what else you place into the computer build for determining your optimal power supply wattage.
