was thinking of upgrade my 3 years old rig.

gigabyte p55 ud3 MB
currently looking to go 280x or 770 for asus pb278q.
I understand will need a new psu as the one i am using only 450w.
interestingly, most of these two cards cannot be found locally or on the website in Australia atm.
and was looking into a local supplier. they have one of this
HIS R9 290 Fan 4GB GDDR5 PCI-E; 1000MHz / 5000MHz; 2xDLDVI-D/DP/HDMI for 472 aud.
I guess will need pay another 90 dollars for the Arctic Cooling Accelero Xtreme III.
just wonder anyone heard of this brand for 290 cannot find any solid review on line.

now, most 290 can find around at the 499 aud, wondering whether to be okay spend 27dollars less on a less known brand.
and anyother thoughts on my upgrading plan is welcomed.
