For months now, my city of Frankfort, KY has been having major issues with the local ISP. No one near me can really enjoy gaming/movie streaming or anything between 6 and 12 at nighttime. What is the deal? I know its not my end, because it affects so many of us. any ideas guys? I pay for 20mg down, and I get about 19, and 2 up. I get both of those numbers on tests and good low ping, but one games and such we just lag? Could it be not neough bandwidth? Its a cable modem connection.
