Limited Connectivity / Unsuccessful Connection / Unidentified network

Ive just installed a new modem - AT&T Uverse, and registered through the cable connected to the laptop.
The Toshiba Laptop has internet connection when connected with the cable, but cant connect through WiFi. I can connect my phones and tablets to the WiFi easily.
My network adapters are all updated. I have tried rebooting the modem and the computer. I think I need to maybe update the router settings. But Im not sure. Can someone help me step by step to update my router settings properly, and if that doesnt work, possible other solutions?

It says my computer is connected to the network but the network is not connected to the internet. Limited connectivity, unsuccessful connection, etc. Such an inconvenient timing. Someone please help!
