hi everyone iv had the problem for a while no and its very anoining so im hoping someone can shed some light please 
my laptop dell vostro 3550 never had any problem's windows 7 but when windows 8 came out i purchased and installed with no problems then after a few weeks or more went by i started to notice any film i download was choppy when i was watching it ??? for some reason when i watch movies iv just downloaded there all choppy and gets worse as it goes on please keep in mind this just started out of the blue when i upgraded to windows 8pro
i decided to uninstall windows 8 thinking it was that so i tot i go back to windows 7 for few months til windows 8 is more optimized anywasy i did a fresh install of my windows 7 pro all also went good installed all drives to and the problem is still there can some one please help me fix it ? why has this happend out of nowhere ?/
my laptop specs ar !
windows 7pro i5 2.4ghz 6gb ram intel hd 3000 graphics
and this is a test i done from dell to make sure everything was fine ! also has specs
