Does this pc build work?

Will be building my first pc soon, does this build work? Also would t be worth an extra $100 to get the 7950 instead of the 7870? Thanks.

If your question is: Will all the components work when hooked up together, the answer is yes. If you had a specific purpose in mind for this computer to accomplish then you would have to first specify what you wanted to do with it for anyone to interpret the components as such. So, yes, the components work together.
