I recently purchased a computer that operates with windows 8. I am trying to transfer some old pictures from my dead laptop and I have recently hit a road block. I have already removed the hard drive from my old laptop and I am connected to the new computer using a USB. The new computer recognizes the old hard drive but the pictures, music and videos are not showing up. If you could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks you.
