could be an outdated driver, faulty hardware (because of it happening in two different os) or new software installed. first thing id suggest is trying to update your drivers, as this happens while you are gaming id would say pay attention primarily to your graphics drivers. if this does not work i would then remove any newly installed software and check for viruses and malware. a great tool for malware is malwarebytes 5, if that fails to yeild any results i would then run diagnostics on your hdd and memory.

on a side note you should also consider more ram. 4gb is good but you will benefit from more in the long run

download memtest and run it if it reports any errors or bsods while running its most likely your memory this bsod specifically the 0x00007e error is relating to hardware could be drivers but as you said you'v installed over and over so probably not that unless they are beta also would recommend hdtune or crystal disk and run a full diagnostic also here is the link to memtest http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm and hdtune http://www.hdtune.com/download.html. i don't use crystal disk so i wont give link but try those for now as they are extremely reliable

you can go to the bios settings and underclock the memory if you have the BIOS options for that.
often BIOS updates include a bunch of fixes to memory timings, so just updating the BIOS and rebooting with the default settings can fix memory errors.

The memory dump file will have the details of why the OS called the bugcheck.
the file dxgmms1.sys is a directx file, it is common to see errors reported in this file if there are mis matched versions of your graphics driver installed. (can happen if microsoft updated the driver with out rebooting and you update the driver using the vendors installer)
