Perhaps you had a loose connection when you first hooked everything thing up to the PSU. Since you removed it already to test in a different setup I suggest reassembling and trying again. If that does not work make sure you are hooked up to the correct video output for your monitor. Lastly a spec list and a more in depth description, as in when you power on do you see a display? Do all fans and drives light up and then it shuts off or do you never get video or anything and the fans just start spinning?

Do as crookedmouth said then see if it posts. If it does double check your temps in the bios. If they are good plug in one device at a time (with the power off each time) until it stops working. If it still wont boot make sure your cpu and ram are seated properly, and closely inspect your motherboard for any sgns of a short. Also recheck your wiring to make sure all cables are connected to the proper pins.

Use the Jumper method again.

Honestly I'm running out of ideas. It is coming down to the video cable or your monitor.

This is a long shot. Perhaps try to update the BIOS to a newer version using a USB stick and going blind. Get the update on a USB stick, unplug your hard drive and dvd-rom. Then boot up and hope that USB is one of the boot devices. You would have to blindly type the commands from the SOP.

Probably a little crazy.
