I want a PC only for Minecraft, no recording Minecraft, no Shaders.I want to get 60 fps stable, nothing more. My budget is 300, no keyboard, mouse, OS, or monitor. You can include a monitor but make the budget 400 if you include it. Its possible to get that out of Minecraft with 300, im sure.

Yes, it should let you run about 60-100fps max settings I believe. Also reason I gave you 7770 was for thew ability to play other games smoothly. You should be able to play battlefield 3 and or 4 on medium settings at 720p on this build if you want to.
