I am planning on buying a new laptop (toshiba s50t a494) and i think that its GPU will get out dated and wont run the newest games so i was wondering can i change its GPU.

Solution
it is very rare that a laptop can upgrade a gpu. sorry.
if portability is not an issue, a desktop would be a better choice next time. of course this is just a suggestion

Only sum laptops have the ability to replace a gpu but here are several makes and models of laptops (Dell, HP, Toshiba, and Alienware come to mind) that use a seperate card for the GPU. However, they're not all universally interchangable. Each brand of laptop usually uses a proprietary card, so your interchange choices are severely limited. Sony, however, doesn't use a seperate card as far as I know.
