Is this psu good enough to run a Radeon 6750?

Hi guys,
I have an Acer M464 4GB RAM with an ASRock G41M-VS3 Motherboard.
I want to buy a graphics card so I can play Rocksmith 2014 in a decent resolution and am looking at getting a Radeon 6750 which should easily handle RS2014.

The psu in my Acer is only 300w so I'm guessing won't be good enough to handle a new gpu.
A friend of mine has given me an Ace 520w psu, but I'm not sure if it will be good enough either.
This is the psu: http://www.amazon.co.uk/ACE-520W-12cm-24-Pin-Model/dp/B00647M06A

Does anyone know if this psu will be able to power my system with the new graphics card?

Reading similar threads, the Corsair 500w psu is highly recommended but costs money :(
The Corsair has 34A on +12V I think, whereas the psu I have is 12A on +12V1 and 14A on +12V2. I have to admit I have no idea what any of that means though!

The psu you have will work but it's a low quality psu and you don't want that. Bad PSUs can fry your other components in multiple ways and so the little bit of money it takes to get a name brand 80+ psu is the best way to go. You pretty much never get somebody recommending otherwise

In short it' should be ok to use it for now but as soon as you can, upgrade it
"ACE" is the brand of the other psu? i don't know that brand, but if it is a quality psu, it is more than enough. a good 520 can handle cards higher than what you have.

for me, whether 300w can handle it or not, for my peace of mind ill get a new psu.

Thanks guys,
I'm guessing by the responses ACE isn't a brand of quality psu's then?! :D
I thought it was too good to be true I was given a decent piece of kit for nothing.
I'm tempted to try the ACE but I'd be kicking myself if it blows and takes everything else with it.

Does anyone have experience of an ACE psu? Worth the risk or better to bin it?
