You need a MUCH better graphics card.

Depending on the power supply it has, that you neglected to mention, you can get a better card.

You need to be more specific, brand and model?

Although HD 7770 doesn't require much so you should be ok even with a cheap PSU.

If it's a generic 350W then you might blow it with a new GPU.

Avoid Raidmax, that's a cheap PSU brand which will cause you more trouble in the future.
