The MSI card will certainly treat you well. Brand doesn't matter a ton, they all overclock it a little bit and add their own cooler. The only one that really does anything extra is asus. Longevity is harder to predict but should last you about that long at diminishing quality. Finally yes I would prefer the 760 over 670 although in some benches the 670 can beat it a little

Edit: especially at that resolution. One thing to note is that battlefield is optimized for amd cards but the 270x isn't as goo of a card outside of bf4 with mantle

The MSI is a good version of the GTX 760 but maybe consider getting the Gigabyte OC edition of the card the performance is better and has amazing cooling with It's 3 fans.
The GTX 760 will play Battlefield 4 at around 50fps on ultra settings on 1920x1080.
You should get around 70fps if not more with only a 1280x1024 display.

Preliminary benchmarks place the GTX760 slightly below the GTX670. It's not a big difference, but the GTX760 is slower but the 760 will be more future proof in my opinion!

Hope this answers your question!

I Would Recommend ASUS.. As they have Direct CU Cooling.. It Will Keep the Card in Good Shape for Long time! ..But at the Cost of Sound. I used to have Asus 560Ti In Sli. They used to make considerable amount of sound. I Switched to Zotac GTX 780 .. It has 1 fan.. Its doesnt get too hot.. and Sound is very Minimal. I dont knw much abt MSI.. I would recommend Either ASUS(1st Preference) or Zotac.

I think u might want to upgrade ur PSU. 500W z kinda tight.
