Which graphic card for 768p BF4 60 Ultra locked ?

GeForce GTX 760 2GB will run BF4 on that resolution on Ultra settings @ 60fps or maybe more. I recommend that GPU!
Here is a GTX 760 BF4 Becnhmark that shows the fps on ultra settings but this benchmark test is at 1680x1050 (you will get more fps as your resolution is lower)
