Hi i need help i'm building a new pc primarly for max rendering, photoshop(not too much) and CAD which memory is better for me and which MHZ
MOBO ASUS Sabertooth Z87
CPU intel i 7 4770K going to overclock max to 4.2 GHZ
video card Evga GTX 780

Under the same specs, CAS latency, MHz and voltage. Take whichever is cheaper.

Buying high speed ram isn't worth it. Just get the cheapest you can get.

There isn't any difference between ram speeds.
If you really want to throw out your money on pointless things, just get whichever you like the looks of.

For rendering tasks RAM speed can make a massive difference. Although the sweet spot remains around 1866/2133MHz.

Same thing goes for AMD APUs when gaming.
