Hi!

The difference between the two GPU's is that this one http://www.komplett.no/msi-geforce-gtx-770-gaming-2gb-p... has better cooling so it won't worm up fast, it has military class components so it will work loner and it wont break as easily, it has lower power consumtion and it is easier to overclock if you want to.

I hope that I helped you.

The only real difference is the coolers one is a blower and the other is a heatsink with dual fans. The one with dual fans also has been tweaked for a higher clock speed, but it is not much faster. Go with whatever one is the best deal in this case I would say.

There is not enough performance difference to matter.
The blower cooler of the more expensive first one will keep your case cooler.

The second one will keep the card cooler, but the heat will recirculate in your case.
In a well ventilated case, that is not an issue.

Will the "CM Storm Scout II Advanced Gaming" be ventilated good enough?

The MSI GeForce GTX 770 Gaming 2GB PhysX has slightly better core clock so better performance, It also have better cooling and lower power consumption for a overall better overclock result.

It draws 190w on 100% load according to benchmark websites:

That would be fine for either card.
