RAM - Corsair 2x4GB 1600Mhz
PSU - Corsair GS600

Nvidia gtx 650 ti or Nvidia Gtx gtx 650 ti Boost will be best for my system?

Whether Intel i3 3220 will become the bottleneck ?

your cpu is fine. go for the 650ti boost, it's much better, and is basically, just a slightly hobbled gtx660. make sure it's a 2gb version.

yes, the 650ti and the boost are so much different. Much better performance with the Boost. Its a really good mid-range card. happy gaming :)
