In my suggestion, you should try to invest more on core components (CPU,GPU,RAM) rather than other accesories.
Your budget will only bring you to entry level gaming, but still you'll be able to play present titles, atleast on full HD.
Here are the specs and prices : (Flipkart)
CPU : Intel i5-4440, 3.2 GHz Quad Core , Rs. 12,000
GPU : XFX R9-260x Double Dissipation(DD), Rs. 11,000
RAM : Cosair Vengeance 8GB, 1600MHz (4x2), Rs. 6000
Motherboard: ASRock H87 Extreme 4, Rs.7000
PSU : Corsair VS 550, Rs. 3400
HDD : WD Caviar Blue 500 GB, Rs. 3000

This is a little over your budget, but I promise you won't be disappointed.

Thank you for your answers guys.St0rm Kill3r, I need intel core i5, and I've researched over the internet that AMD's processors are not good. And I'll choose the GTX 650 ti boost 2gb.

Actually you're right but the gtx 650 ti boost 2 gb costs 15000 INR. So isn't that better than AMD. Nvidia also has the Physx technology which is pretty cool.

Go for sapphire hd 7850 as it is much better than gtx 650 ti and also costs less on flipkart.
That physx is only of any profit if you can pull off 50-60 fps on max settings. And psysx will reuduce the fps by 5-10.

gtx 650 ti is barely better than hd 7770 which costs around 8000 rs. So even if he goes for hd 7790 then that's a wiser option.

I asked some experts and they said that your gpu should be 1/4 of your total budget and you should spend more money on the gpu rather than cpu. AMD 8 core processor isn't even better that the dual core i3. So AMD is no match for intel and guyz just for your information, i need to overclock my cpu and gpu too. And your suggestion is that amd 7790 is way better than the gtx 650 according to the budget. Right?

no, the 650 ti boost (which i mentioned previously) is way better than 7790. (around 21%)
SEe the link : http://www.game-debate.com/gpu/index.php?gid=1683&gid2=1637&compare=geforce-gtx-650-ti-boost-edition-vs-radeon-hd-7790

Also use the i5 i mentioned, way better than the fx.
The rest of my mentioned products are more than OK for your budget.

CPU : Intel i5-4440, 3.2 GHz Quad Core , Rs. 12,000
GPU : ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB @12.6k.
RAM : Cosair Vengeance 8GB, 1600MHz (4x2), Rs. 5800
Motherboard: ASRock H87 Extreme 4, Rs.7000
