low fps on bf4

The GPU that you have in you're rig should easly get over 40FPS on BF4
How ever the CPU (phenom x6 1090t) might be bottleneck for you're GPU.

BTW : What resolution and what settings are you running BF4?

Have you made sure you have the latest gpu driver, latest BIOS and chipset drivers ? I'm not familiar with your CPU, but the Intel Multi CPU's can park some of your cores, which will affect FPS. Also try a custom graphics ingame setting you don't need eveything on...heck even if you set everything to low, the hit on visuals ain't that bad.

And another one might be this.........BF4 installer does not install DirectX.....this file is in the directory, so you just need to run in manually....I did it when I got the game and got an instand improvement all round !
