I have a Windows 7 PC. My Mouse operation has gone crazy. In Chrome if I try left click on Bookmarks, I get a flicker and it's gone. If I have and object I want to copy I put the cursor on it an right click and same thing. A flicker and then nothing. Now when I open the Sound symbol in the bottom toolbar, the sound automatically goes to the top and I can't get it to come back down. Several other examples of same loss of control. Note that this is the same for both my wireless mouse and the touchpad controls. Ran a full Norton 360 scan and no viruses found.
