Hi !
I've build a PC last week and got the two problems named in the title (in reversed order). But first, what's in it :

- Intel Core i7-4770K
- Asus H87-PRO Motherboard
- GC Asus GeForce GTX 780 Direct CU II OC, 3 Go
- Cooler Master V8 GTS
- Antec High Current Pro Series, 750W
- SSD Crucial M500, 480 Go, SATA III
- 4x4Go RAM GSkill 1600Mhz CAS9

So, after assembling everything and install windows, no problem at all. But when i tried launching the first game i wanted to try, the computer instantly shut down and reboot saying "asus blabla have shut down to prevent power surge" after many tests, this only happen when I launch Fullscreen apps, in resolution higher than 1366x768 (but windows desktop is on 1920×1080) What the hell can cause this?

Then, in the many things I tried to do to resolve this, i've put the GC on the first PCIE slot of the motherboard (the GC was in the 2nd one because I needed the space juste after the first slot for a wifi card), but nothing changed so i put it back on the 2nd slot. And now "CPU over voltage error !" is showing on startup, forcing me to enter the bios, where I see 3.6V in red for the VCCIN, but if I hit "exit and discard changes" windows start normaly anyways...

In windows when I look a the voltages, VCCIN is still at 3.6V, how is that even possible? btw Vcore and core temp are still very normal (1.2V and 32°) So is it the voltage mesure witch is wrong? what can I do?

Thanks for your help !

No one have a clue? Should I replace the PSU? Or the CPU/GC?
All are still under warranty but I need to know witch component is not working to get it replaced...
