Will this setup compromise the rest of my system?

I have an AIR 540 case and I would like to put a Swiftech H320 cooler in the front to cool my CPU. My only concern is that it will be my primary intake so is it better to buy a Swiftech H220 instead as an exhaust? if I use the H320 as an intake will it lead to higher overall system temperature or will it be negligible to the point where I can justify having it?

I will be running an I5 4670k and overclocking.

I haven't bought it yet, I was just wondering what affect the extra heat would have on my system or would it be better to save 20 bucks and get the h220. I think however that ill get the h320 for the extra awesome in my system.

The system temp rise will not hardly be noticeable, especially if your running decent CFM fans. I can say I run a dual 12cm rad on my exhaust and im a big fan, keeps temps to a nice 50 to 52 max full load prime large fft
