Will thermal paste be pre-applied?

Hey guys! I hope that everyone is good. I am on the brink of buying the CPU for my new build but I want to check everything. Will the thermal paste be pre-applied on the CPU that I have linked below (Intel Core i5-3570K)? I need to know this before I buy as if it does not come with the paste pre-applied, it will be necessary to order some. Thanks.

if your using the stock cooler then yes but its not very good quality so i would presonally order some to be in the safe side it only costs a couple of pounds

paste is normally applied to the cpu cooler its self not the cpu when its preapplied
