Believe I have a faulty power supply?

Hi!
My PSU just arrived, and I am trying to check if it is working.

I plugged my 3 pin fans into this:

And nothing happens.

I have 2 of the products from amazon, and they both don't work. What should I do? Yes, the 12v fan is going into the 12v slot on the connector.

What should I do?

My CPU, motherboard, and gpu have not arrived yet, so I'm not sure how to test further.

What if I were to use a voltmeter?
Which parts should I measure to check for power?

Note - I have noticed that even though I have 3 pin fans, the connector from amazon only has 2 pins. I'm pretty sure the third is not needed, as it is going straight to the PSU, but I am not too sure.

That product description seems to say a few interesting things.
1. It says they are 3 pin connectors, but you say yours only has 2 pins each.
2. It has high speed and low speed connectors, so they aren't all the same speed.

If you could give us the names/links to the products you have that would help alot.

you can use a voltmeter to check the yellow cable on the PSUs molex connector to see if it's getting 12vs and on the red to see if it's getting 5.
Then if that checks out hook up the fan connector and test the pins that are coming out where the fans would connect, same color scheme for the test.
Molex:
Color Function
Yellow +12 V
Black Ground
Black Ground
Red +5 V

What if it doesn't get 12 or 5v from the PSU? Does this mean it's busted?

EDIT - Wait, it is working, and the connector is reading the same voltages. Why aren't the fans spinning around? I don't get it.
