Hi, I just bought a new video card http://www.gainward.com/main/vgapro.php?id=912.
My computer resets itself immediately after I enter a game.
On the spec sheet (www.gainward.com/main/product/vga/pro/p00912/p00912_datasheet_152151a56bc6c9d92.pdf?s=853 ) it says I need Minimum 600W or greater system power supply (with a minimum 12V current rating of 42A).
My PSU is kinda old and its this one www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817194021
I don't know much about electronics but I am suspecting that I don't get 42A from the PSU.
Do I need to buy a new PSU?

Unless the PSU is just defective, that unit should be more than enough for that card. It has a 56A/672W +12V rail. And your GTX 770 will only draw its max load when maxed out. Just entering a game is no major strain on the card.

I would consider a driver issue being the problem. Did you uninstall the previous driver? Try this;
Uninstall the Nvidia driver, boot to safe mode (F8), run Driver Sweeper ( http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4266-driver-sweeper.html ). Have it remove any Nvidia, AMD, and ATI graphic driver remnants it finds. Reboot, run CCleaner ( http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner ) and do the Clean and Registry portions both. Then install the latest driver for that card and your OS.
