i need a graphic card which can run with 300w psu.
if there is any better card then GT 640 or HD 4850 please share new or old does not matter.
price should be under $100.

i want to run games like nfs mw 2012 and gta 4 at high settings.
1280x720 resolution [30fps +]

incase u want to know the specs of pc.
Intel G45/G43 Motherboard
Intel Core2 Duo E8400 3.00GHZ
DDR3 2x2GB [4 GB Ram]
2TB HDD

its a full size tower pc.
and a 21.5 inch LED
[1920x1080] monitor.

Solution
- The GT640 is a low power consuming card which is 60% slower than a HD4850 but will run GTA4 at low settings/ resolution.
- The HD4850 is a high power consuming card and will run GTA4 at medium settings.
- The GT640 supports direct x11, the HD4850 only supports Directx10.1

The HD7750 supports direct x11 and is faster than both the GT640 and HD4850 but costs more but will run on your PSU without any issues.

Take your pick

there are two types of HD 7750. one is DDR3 2GB and the other one is DDR5 1GB.
Now which one to choose?

Pick the DDR5 version, it is worth every penny.

Splendid

yeah, the ddr5 version is like 30-40% faster than the ddr3 version, the extra GB of vram on the ddr3 version doesn't really do anything usefull, it's just for marketing.
