I am building a new Computer and purchased some parts but I have to send the Motherboard back because I ordered the wrong model, so I need to order a replacement. No Overclocking for me.

Is this motherboard good enough or do you suggest a different chipset like the Z87N-WIFI?
Plan on using this with HDMI to a HDTV. No TV Card HTPC.

RAM: 8gb of 1600 DDR3 RAM
CPU Intel i3 4330
MB: WD 1gb Blue HD
Case: Cooler Master 130 Elite
OS: Win 7
DVD DL (-+r)
A Skype Headset, and a USB Microphone, and a USB Webcam Which I may use. I sometimes play some really old games, but I don't plan on using a discreet video card. USB Keyboard and Mouse.
