I'm gonna give you 3 options different prices.
1st: Asus Crosshair V Formula Z ($225 USD)
Amazing Mobo. Highest end for AMD. Overclocks like a champ. Tons of features. I have it and love it
2nd: Asus Sabertooth R2.0 ($180 USD)
Same as above little less features but still amazing. second best amd mobo
3rd: Asus m5a99fx Pro r2.0 ($125 USD)
Lots of features great motherboard and works. I wouldnt pick this option if you plan to Overclock

My opinion: If you can afford it go for the crosshair V formula Z for sure best motherboard will last for a while. The Sabertooth is great too and thats a close second so if you cant afford the formula Z get the Sabertooth. m5a99fx just isn't up to the caliber of the two others but it's still a viable option depending on what you plan to do.

R7 260x is too slow for the money you are going to spend
R9 270 is 47% faster than R7 270X
i d rather get
cpu FX 6300
mobo MSI 970A-G46
gpu MSI R9 270 Twin Frozr

or
cpu i5 4570
mobo ASRock H87 Pro4
gpu MSI R9 270 Twin Frozr

The truth is my budget at this point is kinda small, i am from Greece and electronics here are kinda expensive. my starting budget at the most of 770€ but keep in mind that the cheapest amd 8350 here is 178€ i dont want to oc my cpu because i will need much more greater cooling system, i ll think i ll keep it on stock!

Here is something for you to start with. Since you are using Euros, I used PCpartpicker for Germany for this one. You might be able to get your OS a bit cheaper where you are. I had to just go with what was available on pcpartpicker.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor (€129.00 @ Pixmania DE)
CPU Cooler: Zalman CNPS10X OPTIMA CPU Cooler (€24.04 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard (€88.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (€67.90 @ Caseking)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (€53.06 @ Pixmania DE)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 2GB Video Card (€159.90 @ Caseking)
Case: Zalman Z9 ATX Mid Tower Case (€47.79 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (€54.49 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer (€17.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)

chipset 970 is 10% slower than chipset 990 , so if you want speed and hence FX 8350 , you ll need FX 990 chipset . if you want a resonable price and speed , then get FX 6300 and mobo with 970 chipset like MSI 970A-G46/G43

970 and 990 are not going to perform different at same clock speeds. 990fx just tends to overclock better and offers better PCI-E support for multicard configurations. That said, the 990fxa-ud3 is a very solid board indeed. Just for information sake, here is my build without an OS and changed to a much better GPU and a bit better PSU.

Well, he was saying budget was an issue, so the asus 970 was mentioned. As logainofhades mentioned the main difference is not as much oc'ing&no sli. The msi am3+ boards are notorious for throttling Fx chips, especially the 8 cores, where as the m5a97 people have got 4.0-4.5 oc, depending. Personally i wouldnt go near an msi board for oc'ing an Fx chip.
