I have just bought sapphire r7 250 will it work on 400W psu??

I have just bought sapphire r7 250 will it work on 400W psu??
My PC:
CPU: QUAD-CORE i5 3470 3.2GHz
GPU: (Point of View GT 630 2GB DDR3 128bit old gpu) Sapphire r7 250 2gb gddr3 new one
MB: FOXCON H61 MXE
RAM: 4GB 1333MHz Kingston
HDD: 800GB
PSU: 230V (400W)

Yes, the R7 250 is only a 65W gfx card maxed out. That's only 5.4 amps on the +12V rail. Unless you have a really cheap PSU, it should be fine. What is the +12V rail rating on your PSU?

The nameplate will be mounted on the side of the PSU. You have to open the case to see it. But if the PSU is top-mounted, chances are that the nameplate will be facing the wrong way. If you can't see the nameplate, I can almost gaurantee that you will be fine with that card and almost any low-end PSU.

If you want a card that draws a bit less power and is a tiny bit faster, look into the HD 7750. IT is a 55W card. Either way, be sure you get a card with GDDR5 VRAM and not GDDR3... for faster graphics.

Today i will buy gigabye gtx 650 1gb gddr5 can i install on 400w psu????

As long as you have a "good quality" PSU with an adequate +12V rail, yes. But you never answered me about the nameplate specs of your "400W" PSU.
The GTX 650 is a 64W card requiring 5.3A on the +12V rail. So even a cheap PSU should be able to handle that.
