Great build? Or no?

I used PC part picker to make this. I'm selling my current system and hoping to eventually make this build I'll list. Would there be any bottle-necking?

Very strict on the $1200 no more price range.

I think for that price, you will get better performance from an Intel-based system. Ingtar33 wrote an excellent post in one of the SBM threads; AMD makes sense where another $60-$70 on a graphics card offers a notable improvement, but not where it doesn't.
If you need to scrounge money from elsewhere to make up the difference, some possibilities include:
1. See if you like some of the $80-$100 Rosewill cases. They come with a lot of fans, saving you $46+ right there.
2. Get a decent air cooler like a Xigmatek Gaia, or even a Noctua or Phanteks, likely saving another $40+ over the CLC cooler, and also providing cooling to the VRMs. You'll have no trouble OCing a Haswell or Ivy Bridge CPU to at least 4.2GHz even with the Gaia.

No bottlenecking really. But if you want to squeeze more performance out of the system there are quite a few changes you could make.

Power supply is a little overkill.

An h100i coupled with a cheap motherboard doesn't make a lot of sense. Won't be able to reach the thermal ceiling of that chip with that cooler before the board gives you instabilities. I would drop it entirely in favor of a cheaper air cooler. Even the expensive Noctua NDH-14 performs better. If you are going for internal looks, leave it in. But my recommendation would be for a 990FX motherboard, an air cooler, and an FX-8320.

If you can squeeze an SSD in there, that would make the computer a lot more responsive in Windows.

The motherboard may be cheap but has high quality. I was messing with my friends and got his fx-6300 to 5.0 stable on my hyper 212 evo with max temp 52c. Its more for looks though. And I had an SSD but dont really care for it. Im using it now I was gonna wait till I get buy a larger one cause my 120 isnt enough. And 8320 in gaming I dont see difference...

Maybe look at the non Le version (m5a97 r2) if you want to oc. The le version has no vrm heatsinks, where as the m5a97 r2 does. If no oc'ing, or 'maybe' light, the board is ok, but i would suggest m5a97 r2 if you can,can be hard when in a budget, hope it helps

An alternative. Left some room for your fans.

3. A good 650W PSU should be sufficient, likely saving another $25. This should let you get a decent Z87 board and an i5-4670K, which will let the GTX780 fly.

Edit: If you decide to stay with AMD, I like Eximo's suggestions.

Okay I'm thinking of maybe 2 760 SLI instead, be about same price better performance in the games that use it.
What's a good SLI 2(16x) motherboard? I currently have the GA-990FXA-UD3 and I hate it. It's not stable for overclocking unless you do manual settings and mod the heat sinks.
