Hey guys was wondering if I could get some advice on how to lower the cost of this build to the $600 - $650 range without sacrificing too much performance (like to play BF4 and PS2 near ultra if not Ultra - non-console player). Also am I getting my money's worth?? Thanks!

What resolution? If 1920x1080, you'll need a much better card to play on Ultra. That said, if you want to play on "High," the following changes will be better, and cheaper:

Get this video card: GIGABYTE GV-R726XWF2-2GD REV2 Radeon R7 260X 2GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card for $140, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125486
Get this PSU: EVGA 500 B 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified 500W Active PFC ATX12V v2.31/EPS 12V v2.91 3 Year Warranty 100-B1-0500-KR Power Supply Intel 4th Gen CPU Ready for $50 (plus a $10 MIR if you play that game and win), http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438012
and this case: Rosewill Galaxy-01 Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, comes with Three Fans-1x Front Blue LED 120mm Fan, 1x Rear 120mm Fan, 1x Top 120mm Fan, Top mounted USB 3.0 Port for $40, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147183

Those changes only save $35 though. If getting down to the budget is most important, this Gigabyte HD7790 is only $99 after $20 MIR: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125455 and will be a little stronger than a GTX650Ti.
PSU: 400W Seasonic for $40: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151076
This case for $30: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811815035 (but note that cable management appears to be poor).
That drops $50+$19+$34, or $103, except that shipping isn't free; you may still make it down to $650, and have more performance than your original parts.

You are indeed in that budget range where an AMD build may make sense. I'd prefer a 900-series chipset board, and the EVGA PSU will be better than the Corsair, but lowering CPU power to get a better graphics card is likely to help you.
