I was getting under 30 at all times. i managed to get a load of drivers from the ASUS website... they didn't do anything. and i had to lower all the settings to minimum just to get 30fps

But people have been telling me that with builds with lower rated spec they are able to get 60+FPS... what can i possibly do to get this game running well on max settings, im almost certain that my pc can handle it.

Maybe its the way the game's engine is. I never had that problem with GothCity Impostors. One of my games always got 30 FPS and I realized it was an FPS cap. I would have to go into the game engine and edit some settings to change the cap from 30 FPS to 120 FPS.
